Anti-corrosion layer bending test device

Anti-corrosion layer bending resistance test device is used for color paint, varnish and related products coating bending around the cylindrical axis when the resistance to cracking and peeling performance from the substrate test. The apparatus can be used for test panels with a thickness of not more than 1mm, as long as it can be ensured that the axis does not deform, and can also be used for thicker soft metals such as aluminum test panels, galvanized panels, and plastic test panels. For test plates with a thickness greater than 0.5mm, it is recommended to avoid using a shaft with a diameter of less than 10mm for the test.
