Adhesion performance tester for galvanized layer of steel components

1、Hammer head is made of No.45 steel, with mass of (210±10)g and chrome-plated surface.
2、Hammer blade hardness (Shore) not less than 40HS.
3、Hammer handle is made of oak wood, quality is (70±10)g.
4、Hammer head center line to the vertical height of the base surface: 300mm ± 1mm
5、 the base is made of Q235 steel, size: 250mm * 250mm * 15mm
6、Weight deviation: ±1g, geometric size deviation: ±1mm.
