This system is designed and made as per industrial standards ASTM D6521 and AASHTO PPI. It simulates the accelerated aging (oxidation) process of asphalt binders in service on road by means of pressurized air and elevated temperature.
The pressure aging vessel equipment integrates the pressure container device with the optimized configuration of the automatic operating system, and uses a touch screen for real-time monitoring to ensure the correct operation of the equipment. Asphalt aging vacuum degassing box, temperature and time linkage control. The casing and main structure of the complete system equipment are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is durable.
