1. Scope of application: construction materials, polymer materials, composite materials, wood products and cable products
2. Radiation cone: heating power 5KW, radiation intensity: 100KW / ㎡, with three thermocouples to measure temperature
3. Radiation shielding layer: made of non-combustible material, total thickness not more than 12mm
4. Radiation control: radiation control system can be properly adjusted to keep the radiation cone thermocouple temperature control in the preset value of ± 10 ℃
5. Weighing equipment: imported high-precision electronic balance, weighing 8kg, resolution 0.01g
6. Specimen mounting bracket: made of stainless steel, a square open disk, the upper end of the opening 106mm * 106mm, depth 25mm, thickness 2.4mm
7. Positioning frame: made of stainless steel with a thickness of 1.9mm square box, square box inner dimensions of 111mm, height 54mm, for the test surface of the opening of 94mm * 94mm
8. Exhaust system: composed of centrifugal fan, smoke collection hood, air intake and exhaust pipe of the fan, and orifice plate flow meter.
9. Gas sampling device: sampling pump, soot filter, dehumidification cold well, bypass coefficient of emptying, moisture filter, CO² filter
10. Igniter: using electric spark igniter for external ignition
