Fiber Image Analyzer

Fiber Image Analyzer (Projector) is a standard instrument for the determination of fiber fineness and content of the Ministry of Textiles, adopting the method of microscope and special analysis software, equipped with large field of view eyepieces and special objective lenses, with a large and clear field of view, coarsely and micro-actuated coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse and loosely adjustable, freely switching between bright field and polarized light observation, and 100% light-transmitting photography, to complete the multi-functional analysis and measurement of fibers. The instrument can be used for both the detection of wood fiber content, but also detection and measurement of fiber length and diameter, is a multi-functional instrument for fiber quality testing. Widely used in wool, hemp, cotton spinning industry, animal husbandry, chemical fiber industry, feather industry, fiber inspection departments, commodity inspection system and other fields.
