Fire hose pressure burst tester

The fire hose pressure bursting tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB6246-2011 “fire hose” in section 5.4 and section 5.5 of the experimental method. The tester is mainly divided into three units: computer integrated control system, water supply system and pressure bursting test device. Equipment in the test process, real-time display of the pressure curve, with data printing, data collection functions, power failure can be automatically saved without manual intervention, the use of three-cylinder piston pump as the output pressure source, can be according to the test requirements of the process of boosting, pressure preservation, pressure reduction and so on. It can be used to test the water pressure performance and bursting parameter of fire hose of various specifications as well as the performance of water seepage rate.
Application:This comprehensive testing machine can determine the water pressure performance and bursting parameters of fire hose, and at the same time, it can detect the water seepage rate of water hose. Stable pressure output, advanced water belt fixture design and accurate computer control system greatly improve the testing efficiency and accuracy.
