Grout Vertical Expansion Tester

Installation of vertical expansion rate tester：

1. steel mat plate: surface flat mounted, placed horizontally on the working table, the level should not exceed 0.02;

2. Test mold: placed on the steel mat board, not to be shaken;

3. Glass plate: placed flat in the middle position of the test mold. Its left and right sides and the inner side of the test mold to leave a gap of 10mm;

4. Digital micrometer: the percentage table and the table frame card head fixed firmly. But the table rod can z by lifting. Installation of the percentage table.

To press down the head of the table, the percentage table can not be tilted back and forth, left and right;

5. The micrometer frame is fixed on the steel mat, as close as possible to the test mold, shorten the length of the crossbar cantilever.

1 Micrometer: range 10mm, resolution 0.001mm;

2 Measuring bracket: steel measuring bracket;

3 Glass plate: length 140mm × width 80mm × thickness 5mm;
