This steel pipe bending testing machine is composed of seven parts: a frame, a workbench, a rotating working arm, a steel pipe bending center, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, a steel pipe radial fastening device, an electrical controller, etc. It has the advantages of compact structure, touch screen display, simple operation, large bearing capacity, stable operation, low noise, and real-time display of bending angle, intuitive, safe, reliable, and convenient maintenance.

The working principle of this testing machine: one end of the steel pipe is fixed, and the other end rotates clockwise around the dedicated bending center. The digital integrated circuit is used. The bending angle of the testing machine is shaped and divided by the photoelectric pulse obtained on the high-speed shaft of the motor, and the angle is counted and continuously accumulated for display. When the working disc of the testing machine turns to the set angle, the circuit program controls the brake motor to power off and stop rotating.
